All items are made fresh, in small batches, by hand. Because of this, availability can change, and some items or flavors may sell out or be seasonal. We'll let you know as soon as possible if something you've ordered becomes unavailable, and offer a substitution or refund.
Our kitchen bakes with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts (including almonds, cashews, and coconut), and all items are prepared in a space that handles these allergens. Some items also contain alcohol (rum). We are not able to guarantee any item is completely free of a given allergen. Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or sensitivity.
All orders are placed through our order request form. Once we confirm availability, you'll receive a Square invoice by email. Your order is confirmed once the invoice is paid. We do not accept cash or payment at pickup. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Standard orders require 7 days' notice. Orders placed with less than 7 days' notice may be accepted, subject to availability, with a 35% rush fee. We cannot accept orders with less than 24 hours' notice.
All sales are final. Orders may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Shipping, delivery, and pickup timelines are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. Once an order is in the hands of a shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control, and we are not responsible for delays or spoilage caused by the carrier.
